• Cooling off period: The Co-Ordinater has an option to quit the Netwoek of GNature Wellness Pvt.Ltd.within 30 days after enrolled in the Company.
• One ID against one PAN
• All closing incentives will be based on daily/weekly/Monthly basic but Payout will be released on 15 days basis.
• personal purchase on 500 B.V.is compaulsory once in a month to get the commission for the perticular month.
• If the amount of sales incentive is below Rs.500/- that shall be remitted once. On the closing of three financial year.
• TDS: TDS will be deducted formulated by the Govt.of India.
• All taxes GST & any other charges Governed by Indian Govt.will be payable by the coordinator.
• *Mode of payments* :-Mode of payment is RTGS/NEFT/DD/CHEQUE OR BANK Deposit in favor of "GNature Wellness Pvt.Ltd." in the bank account mentioned in our website www.gnaturewellness.com.
• *Product Delivery*: Product may delivered within 7 to 15 days and time may extend depend upon approachability of billing address.
• If due to change in Govt.policies and enactment of law,the business is stopped then company will not be liable for any kind of claims,reimbursement & compensation.
• The Company will not entertain any communication without coordinator ID.
• If the Co-Ordinator expired in any miss-happening all the dues will transfer to his/her nominee and legal hire.
• Co-Ordinator must not use GNature Wellness Logo and brand name of the company without prior approval of the company.
• Co-Ordinator is not an employee of the company but self employed.
